What we offer

Cooking and life skills

Happiness starts in the home. That’s why we help grow your confidence with carrying out everyday tasks. From teaching you how to cook healthy meals to supporting you with managing your money!

Gardening and horticulture skills

The Meadows community garden provides a place where both people and nature can flourish. With our garden lead Andy, you can learn how to grow your own veg and maintain the land.

Joinery and practical skills

Maybe you want to get better at DIY? Or gain more hands-on skills for potential employment. We teach you joinery and other practical skills to use in everyday life and beyond.

Social activities and trips

Community is key to leading a fulfilling life. With Thrive, we make human connection a top priority by hosting weekly social events and regular outings.
